My husband Randall and I sold our home on 45 Cobblestone Lane in June but had occupancy until earlier this month. The buyer, John Woodard, held $5000 in escrow for any damages. Randall and I signed a form electronically to release the funds. I don’t know if the buyer has signed yet or not. Is there a way of checking on this for me? Thanks!
