4342 Straight Arrow Rd – possible 1031 exchange
I currently have a sale being processed with Landmark Title South and may be interested in a 1031 exchange and was advised to reach out to you.
It’s my understanding that if I do a 1031 exchange then I will need to identify another property for purchase within 45 days and close within 180 days, is that correct?
Also with my sale profits being approx $30,000, would it be beneficial to do the 1031 exchange?
